This PayU Latam gateway Magento 2 Extension is a connector between your Magento 2 store and PayU Latam payment gateway. This helps you to process and collect payments while selling products online.
Admin configuration
- The store admin can customize the title of this payment method to be displayed on the checkout page. For example ‘Pay with PayU Latam’, ‘Pay with credit card’ etc.
- The admin can use this extension in test mode or production mode.
- The admin needs to enter his PayU Latam merchantID, accountID, ApiKey and ApiLogin in the Magento 2 backend admin panel to use this extension in his Magento 2 store.
What PayU Latam offers?
- PayU Latam can process payments through the following cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners.
- At present PayU Latam serves merchants from: Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, Mexico, Panama(Visa and Mastercard only), Peru(Visa only).
- The admin can accept customer payments from all allowed countries around the world or can choose specific countries from where payments are to be processed.
- All features are subject to PayU latam policies and changes.
In sync with magento 2 flow
- This is an on site payment method so buyers don't redirect to a separate page and enter their credit card details at store checkout itself.
- -Invoice and order management remain as per the default flow of Magento 2.
- Admin can place orders from backend too.
