Customize email templates using the Admin
When you configure any template in the Magento admin, it overrides the default or theme-based templates. Let's see step-by-step guidance on how we can customize the email template using the admin.
Step 1 - Go to the admin panel of your Magento store.
Step 2 - Redirect to Marketing > communication > email templates.
Step 3 - Now, click on add a new template.
Step 4 - Then, if you want to continue with the default template as a beginning time, so in the Load default template section, you can choose the template and click on Load template. Check the below screenshot for a better understanding.
Step 5 - Now, enter the name of the template in the Template Name.
Step 6 - Add the Template Subject as the subject of the email. You can also use the system variables here.
Step 7 - Add the template content or customize it as you want.
Step 8 - Then, you can add your CSS in the Template Style. This is optional.
Step 9 - Click on Save Template to save all the configurations.
