The custom price extension for Magento2 by Milople allows buyers to pay a random amount for a particular product, service or donation. This extension allows the buyers to checkout with any amount that might have been decided over phone/email with the business owner. The admin can also set a minimum price which the buyers have to pay in order to buy a product or service. This helps the admin to receive payments for products without any fixed pricing, customized products, services rendered, support cost, consulting charges and fees etc.
Buyers can enter desired custom price (greater than minimum amount set by admin) and can also add notes or comments against the purchase.
After buying the extension, you can configure by navigating here through Magento backend.
You can access your serial key from My account dashboard and enter it in your configuration settings here.
This block explains how the admin can enable/disable the custom price extension from the backend admin panel.
From the catalogue, custom price settings can be assigned to specific products. Clicking on “Edit” for desired product will allow the admin to set custom price features specifically for that product.
This extension allows the admin to set a minimum price. Buyers will be able to checkout with a price which is equal to or greater than this minimum price.
This kind of validation message can be displayed to the customer to avoid any confusion while the buyer chooses a pay a certain price. Whenever the buyer attempts to checkout by entering a price lower than the minimum price set by the admin, this message is displayed.
All orders placed with custom price facility can be seen in a grid in the Magento backend. It shows the status of all orders and this helps in easy order management.
